It can be north or southbound, departing by boat from the Flamenco or Gamboa Marina, passing through Culebra Cut, under the Centennial Bridge, Pedro Miguel Lock, Miraflores Lock, under the Las Americas Bridge and ending at the small boat dock in Gamboa or at the Flamenco Marina (Amador).
