This budget is based on standard room accommodations. Most establishments do not have triple or quadruple rooms, with some exceptions, so triple rooms will generally be a double room (double bed) with an extra bed, which could be of Turkish type, folding or sofa bed. It is not recommended to hire triple rooms occupied by three adults, and leave them in any case for two adults + 1 child.
In the case of circuits with exclusive bus services for the group, the bus driving hours are subject to the mandatory breaks that drivers must have as established by law. Under no circumstances will the use of this service be allowed arbitrarily. All itineraries and bus movements are previously agreed by the Agency, so that the regulations regarding breaks and driving hours established by law are complied with at all times. All bus prices include permits, tolls and parking.
The space reserved for luggage in the vehicles is limited to 1 suitcase of regular dimensions (23 kg per person); in the event that a client travels with more than one suitcase or larger suitcases, he/she will be required to transport such luggage by his/her own means and will be responsible for the extra cost that this may entail.
In addition, it is important to be punctual at the agreed-upon times so that the itinerary is completed in its entirety each day.
In case of hiring a headset service, these will be delivered at the beginning of the trip. Each passenger must be responsible for the equipment delivered from the beginning to the end of the tour. The loss of such equipment will incur expenses that must be covered by the client, this amount will vary depending on the destination and will be between 25 € and 35 € per lost equipment.
It is the passenger's responsibility to check the immigration regulations, required visas, vaccinations and that the passports are valid for at least 6 months, since they are mandatory for the trip. It is required to fill out immigration forms for entry and exit. Check immigration and health regulations in the country of destination or transitory, regulations and requirements may change at any time.
Tickets, land tours and travel insurance are non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-reviewable, non-transferable, no change of route or date allowed. Medical certificates do not apply. Penalty applies for changes or cancellations.
