Refunds for all reservations and payments made with VIAJES ANITA, by any means, are subject to the following:
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS.
A 20% deposit of the total price will be required to confirm your reservation. The final balance must be received by VIAJES ANITA within 35 days prior to your arrival date at the departure point. If the final balance is not received within the specified timeframe, VIAJES ANITA reserves the right to cancel reservations. Reservations made less than 35 days prior to your arrival date at the departure point must be paid in full prior to the arrival date.
You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by bank transfer.
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
Payments made by bank transfer are free of charge. VIAJES ANITA will accept as payment for the contracted services the amount actually credited to your bank account, net of any transfer fees charged by the issuing and correspondent banks. Any difference that may arise will be the client's responsibility to settle through any available payment methods.
RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS.
In the event of a request to modify a confirmed reservation, VIAJES ANITA reserves the right to apply a minimum administrative fee of $50 (fifty US dollars).
CANCELLATIONS.
If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation more than 35 days before your arrival date, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid less a cancellation fee of $250 (two hundred fifty dollars). If you paid less than $250, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation between 34 and 21 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 25% of the total price of the contracted services.
If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation between 20 and 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the total price of the contracted services.
If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation within 9 days of your arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the value of the contracted services.
REFUNDS.
Any activities and excursions booked by VIAJES ANITA as part of the contracted services that could not be carried out due to weather conditions will be fully refunded.
This refund does not apply to cancellations due to force majeure (war, terrorism, siege, natural or nuclear disasters, epidemics, quarantines, customs or medical regulations, fires, labor disputes or strikes, etc.).
In the case of travel programs, there is no right to reimbursement for services included and/or contracted but not used during the program due to the client's/passenger's decision, such as accommodation, car rental, excursions, etc.
